Once website development work has started, advance payments are generally non-refundable. If the project has not yet started, cancellation requests may be considered.
Domain registration fees are non-refundable after registration. Hosting refunds, if applicable, are subject to the hosting plan's terms.
Services such as graphic design, SEO, digital marketing, software installation, GST registration, PAN services, and similar customized work are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Customers may request cancellation before the project starts. Once work has commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project status.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
